Terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the EOS service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the provisions below and confirm that you have a lawful basis to use our products and services.

1. General

  • The Service is provided “as is”. We may change, update, or discontinue any functionality without prior notice. We reserve the right to deny access, limit functionality, or delete an account if we suspect a violation of these terms or applicable law.
  • The user is responsible for any actions taken in the account, regardless of who actually performed them.

2. Content and rights

  • All Service materials, including software code, design, documentation, and other materials, belong to us or our partners. The user receives a limited, non-exclusive licence for personal or internal use. Copying, distributing, reselling, or modifying materials without our prior written consent is prohibited.
  • We may collect and analyse anonymised usage data to improve the Service and protect it from abuse.

3. Hosting and server infrastructure

  • The EOS Service and projects built within it (including bots, integrations, and automation) require stable server infrastructure to work correctly. As the number of projects and load grow, hosting and server resources are billed separately and are not included in the cost of developing a bot or other product unless stated otherwise in a separate agreement. Hosting terms (server type, location, cost, payment responsibility) are agreed individually with the user before launch or hand-off. You agree that without paid or agreed hosting, the Service or individual projects may be limited or stopped.

4. Payments and refunds

  • All payments are final unless otherwise provided in a separate written agreement. Refunds are handled only by discussion with the Client in a specific situation and must also be stated in the contract. The Client is responsible for accurate payment information and for tax obligations related to use of the Service.

5. Disclaimer

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service and are not liable for any direct or indirect damages, including lost profits. The user uses the Service, products, and integrations at their own risk and is solely responsible for complying with the laws of their jurisdiction.

6. Changes and notices

  • We may change or update these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page and takes effect upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes means you fully agree to the updated terms.
